We have multiple payment options to make paying your water bill as easy as possible.  Choose which option works best for you:

• CASH or CHECK payments can be made in person or at our curbside dropbox at the IWD Office located at 25945 Hwy 243 here in Idyllwild or may be mailed to PO Box 397, Idyllwild, CA 92549.

• Debit/Credit can be processed by creating an online profile on this website. Click here to pay your bill online.  If you have not paid online before, you'll have to set up a profile.  You will be promted through questions, including the amount of your last payment.  If you are unsure what that amount is, please contact the District Office at 951.659.2143. Please note: Debit and Credit Card payments cannot be accepted at the district office.

• Automated Clearing House - ACH payments are processed on the 20th of every month and come directly from your checking account.  If you'd like to set up an ACH, simply fill out a request form (available to download by clicking the pdf below) and return to the District Office via email, fax, mail, or in person.
